Summary
Senior Surveyor in Barnsley
The hourly rate is £20.85ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 0008 DC69 / 1
The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified surveyor, ideally with a history of working in Local Authority/public sector but with extensive commercial knowledge and experience.
The candidate will carry out land, property and site visits (in accordance with health and safety guidance), to undertake inspections, valuations, measurement of land, conduct negotiations, agree leases, tenancies, easements, investigate queries and complaints and respond.
They will deal with customer enquiries on land and property matters on the phone, in writing and face-to-face and will undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as requested by management.
