Summary
Leopard Secure Services Ltd., a leader in professional security services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of integrity, excellence, and professionalism are maintained across all facets of our operations.
Main duties include:
- Oversee the daily operations of our security services, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and alignment with industry standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage our team of security professionals, ensuring high morale, professionalism, and adherence to our core values of integrity and excellence.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their security needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of security operations, including resource allocation, technology adoption, and process improvements.
- Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring effective resolution, documentation, and analysis for future prevention.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in a security operations role, preferably within a security services company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet client needs effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning and performance management.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
