We are expanding our team at Deutsche Bank and have various roles available from Core Security officers to Supervisors.

About the Role:



-Proactively monitor the security systems in operation within the new building.

-Respond to alarms and report/record relevant details required to the appropriate vendor.

-Assist the non control room security staff in response to security and life safety situations.

-Facilitate the routine security systems management of installed equipment (CCTV/access control etc) through regular operational checks.

-Report immediately any/all equipment faults to the relevant vendor, providing correct details and in a timely manner.

-Escalation and reporting of any/all security breaches.

-Adhere to the Equal Opportunities/Health and Safety policies on behalf of both Mitie and the client.

-Maintain an up to date, personal knowledge of installed security equipment and to document any changes to the operation of that equipment allowing for successful succession training to be carried out.

-Establish and maintain timely and effective communication during incidents, accident and emergency situations.

-Escalate to appropriate parties any information received with the potential to impact DB operations.

-Maintain full understanding of Corporate Security Key Operating Procedures (KOP's) to effectively manage incidents.

-Remain vigilant at all times to safeguard the security of all personnel and assets within each DB premises.

-Deal with the client and the client's staff in a professional, effective and customer engaging manner.

-At all times ensure that the building(s) under your care are well presented, clean and tidy, in good repair and condition by way of reporting maintenance issues as required.

-Respond to emergency situations and assist with emergency building evacuations when necessary.

-Ensure that the log books for each building(s) under your care are present, completed and up to date.

-Maintain clear, concise radio and telephone communication to colleagues and Mitie management at all times.

-Provide first aid if required when responding to an emergency medical situation.

-Remain pro-active in your approach to the role and escalate any concerns you may have to Mitie management.

-Ensure a robust key management process is followed and fully compliant with audit requirements.

-Any other duty deemed relevant by contract management.

The responsibilities listed are not exhaustive. The Regional Operations Centre Operative position requires a flexible approach to responsibilities in order to meet the fluctuating demands of the client.
