Summary


This is a part-time post based within the CDS at Llanfrechfa Grange. The post holder will be required to operate in a range of locations across Gwent. Working under the guidance of the Lead for Oral Health Improvement for Vulnerable Adults, the main duty will be to deliver a mouth care and education programme for vulnerable adults and their carers’. The role will include the delivery of the Gwen am Byth programme for older adults living in care homes. The post holder will be expected to collect data, evaluations and oral health outcomes.



The post requires working with a wide range of other health care professionals within ABUHB as well as, care home managers and staff, external support groups, voluntary agencies, charities and organisations in a range of settings.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
