This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and fixed term for up to 2 years.

This is a great opportunity for a Trainee Space Planning Assistant to join the University’s Estates Directorate on a fixed term basis.
In this role you will support Schools, Colleges and University Services in the development and (re)design of space. You will assess requests and develop initial concepts and thought-starter presentations to help business units visualise their ideas, whilst ensuring concepts adhere to the University’s design standards and relevant industry standards or regulations.
This is a developmental role in which the successful candidate will work closely with their Space Planning peers to progress within the role, and over time will be expected to oversee larger, more complex projects alongside the Estate’s Development Managers.
