About the Role
My Client are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Property Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to develop their property management skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior property managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and on-site teams
- Coordinate maintenance and property-related issues
- Assist in property inspections and documentation
- Manage property-related communications and scheduling
- Drive licence and access to a car required for site visits
Skills & Experience
- Background in property, reception, or admin support preferred
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn
