Role Overview:

This role stands out from traditional Support Worker positions as it involves a diverse range of responsibilities. From assisting individuals with banking, budgeting, and managing benefits to creating meal plans and shopping lists, you'll play a vital role in enhancing their daily lives. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity for face-to-face interaction in our dedicated "hubs," adding variety and personal connection to your work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support individuals with banking, budgeting, and benefit management.

- Develop meal plans and shopping lists tailored to individual needs.

- Collaborate with the Support Worker team to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.

- Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

- Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is essential for this role.

- Experience working with or volunteering with individuals with learning difficulties is preferred

- A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
