This is an exciting new role based within the Healthcare for Older people and different to a normal Pharmacy working routine. Youll be well supported and have the opportunity to develop specialist Frailty knowledge and training as well as to influence the wider development of the service. The Trust has an electronic patient record (EPIC), a multi-million-pound research facility, a significant development budget and big plans for the future.
