Summary


Marjorie Warren ward are general rehabilitation adult inpatient ward in Finchley Memorial Hospital, North Finchley. The Hospital is a beautiful new build surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and open spaces with good access to local transport and easy parking facilities.

We have dedicated rehabilitation Multi-Disciplinary Teams consisting of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Speech therapist, Pharmacists, Activities Coordinators, Rehab Support Workers, Care assistants and Housekeepers. As a team, the aim is to support patients to regain function, confidence, self-respect and much more.

We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to be a part of the team in a challenging environment and to remain focused on enabling staff to deliver the Trusts core objectives of high quality patient care whilst supporting and developing the individuals within the team. The individual will need to be focused on the patient experience to ensure all patients will have a positive and comfortable stay in the ward. You will need to display excellent communication skills, and offer care in a kind and compassionate manner. You will be dynamic, innovative, hardworking, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
