Summary


We are looking for an experienced Community Admin Manager to lead the various admin teams within Trafford to include Trafford Early Intervention Team, Trafford North Adult Community Mental Health Team, Trafford Older Adults Team, Trafford Memory Team, Trafford Home Based Treatment Team, Trafford Liaison Team and Trafford Living Well Team. This is an exiting and varied role and would focus on overseeing good working practices across the admin provision supporting the Team Managers/Senior Management to implement robust data quality recording , performance monitoring and general admin support.

Directly responsible for ensuring all teams have the adequate skills and knowledge to provide a high standard admin provision to their respective team.

To ensure all administrative functions work correctly and efficiently.

Management of all administration functions, including problem solving, supporting and resourcing, recruitment, line management and day to day efficiency across the teams.
