Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and compliance within our organization.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
· Ensure all jobs are completed within allocated production times
· Submit a daily report to the Quality Manager – The report should cover daily QC activities being performed, jobs being produced and any
tests report of materials, any problems noted during the day.
· Perform analysis of raw materials and mix design for quality, cost and effectiveness.
· Maintain all equipment required for quality control testing
· Ensure QC check list is being followed and keep the finalized checklist for review.
· Verify correct delivery
· Collect samples for testing
· Monitor and ensure that Quality standards are maintained
· Ensure that a safe, clean and tidy work environment is maintained at all times.
· Ensure that a high level of housekeeping is maintained at all times
· Ensure Health & Safety systems are fully implemented
· Ensure the noise id kept to a minimum for the local neighbours
· To bring immediate attention of your Quality Manager any issues that are likely to cause concerns regarding quality, delivery or cost implications
· To ensure you and your team maintain accurate production records and ensure full traceability
· Ensure all work instructions are adhered by.
