Summary
It’s an exciting time here at AXA Health where we’ve an opportunity for an Intelligent Automation Product Owner to join our growing team. Reporting into the Optimisation and Improvement Practice Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of intelligent automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other emerging automation solutions. You’ll define the strategic direction, roadmap and priorities for intelligent automation initiatives within AXA Health maintaining alignment to AXA’s overall automation intelligence strategy. You’ll focus on delivering tangible business value and driving continuous improvement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive intelligent automation strategy aligned with the AXA Health’s goals and objectives
Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and automation excellence within the organization, fostering a collaborative and results driven work environment
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for automation, ensuring measurable benefits and return on investment
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions including RPA, ensuring high quality and robustness
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation capabilities, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
