Reporting into the Design and Optimisation Maturity Lead, you’ll play a crucial role, shaping our process framework, helping the organization identify areas for improvement and guiding them towards efficient world-class processes.

What you’ll be doing:
Create the process framework for AXA Health documenting processes at all levels
Collaborate with colleagues across AXA to mature the operational excellence framework and unlock the value contained
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and utilise analytical tools and methodologies
Demonstrate creativity in your approach to problem-solving, exploring innovative solutions to challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Conduct research and benchmarking activities to stay aware of industry best practices and emerging trends
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and present findings and updates to the project team and stakeholders as required
Proactively develop your skill set and industry knowledge, seeking opportunities for professional growth
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and decision-making, maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables
