Here at Serco, we have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the team and support the Environmental Services Programme manager on the co-ordination of Mobilisation & Business improvement projects.

As Project Coordinator, you will provide project administration support at all stages of the Programme / Projects and be responsible for the recording of project documentation in adherence with the project lifecycle and to maintain and facilitate the recording of programme reports.


Your main responsibilities:
- Support all stages of the project lifecycle in accordance with the Serco Management System and project Methodology
- Management of Programme risks and co-ordination of risk activities
- Provide administration support to the Programme manager and wider project team
- Provide Quality Assurance over all major project deliverables, ensuring they are fit for purpose
- Support the Mobilisation & Transformation Programme manager in the creation & upkeep of processes, templates, and policies where appropriate
- Monitor the project management standards, policies, procedures and templates for planning and execution and escalate to Programme Manager as required.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Ideally you will be working as a Project Coordinator or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring information is checked to a high standard of accuracy.
- An understanding of confidentiality
