This post will support the workforce systems helpdesk with ESR, Health Roster and payroll related queries and provide ESR and Health Roster support to HR, Resourcing, Temporary Staffing , Medical resourcing teams and the wider Trust. Provide advice on NHS terms and conditions, contracts and provide assistance to any HR projects

The role of Workforce Systems Administrator will support the new Workforce Systems helpdesk and the large volume of emails that the team receive. You will be providing excellent customer service on any workforce systems related queries to a Trusts of nearly 10,000 employees.
