Are you a Qualified Higher-Level TA looking to kickstart a career in a friendly primary school environment?
We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Hounslow, TW14 and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working HLTA who has experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. This role is perfect for an individual committed to providing encouraging learning environments for children of all age groups and children with SEN in Primary education.
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
- Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher.
- Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.
- Providing support in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
About you:
- Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
- Confident in assisting children with SEN.
- Ability to remain positive and patient in challenging situations.
- Have a genuine interest in Primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previous experience working in a primary educational setting.
