Are you a Qualified Higher-Level TA looking to kickstart a career in a friendly primary school environment?
We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Feltham (TW13), London and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working HLTA. This role is perfect for an individual committed to providing encouraging learning environments for children of all age groups in Primary education.
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
- Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher.
- Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.
- Providing support in small groups and 1:1 to students with SEN.
About you:
- Level 4 TA qualification desirable.
- Ability to remain positive and patient in challenging situations.
- Have a genuine interest in Primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previous experience working in a school.
