Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Manager role within the Financial Management Team at RDaSH supporting our Clinical Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual, who is an excellent team player, to support the Financial Management function.


It is essential candidates have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relations with both internal and external managers and stakeholders. Applicants should also have good prioritisation and organisation skills and be flexible as the workload requires.


The suitable candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant or actively studying towards a CCAB qualification and have experience of working in management accounts. Previous experience of working in a public sector organisation and experience of the NHS is highly desirable.
The post will be based at Holly Lodge, Tickhill Road Hospital and may be required to travel regularly working across the Trust’s localities including Rotherham and North Lincolnshire and to events elsewhere. Currently the roles mixes working from the office and from home.

As a Senior Finance role, you will work closely with a designated Care Group(s) / Corporate Services in providing a pro-active, high quality Management Accounts service. You may be required to occasionally deputise for one of the Trust’s Senior Finance Business Partners or Assistant Director of Finance (Financial Management) as well as provide senior finance support to Trust wide projects.
