Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Paddington – £41,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial site based in Tooting , London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £41,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
