Summary
Are you an experienced mechanical building services maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity on a busy contract? I am working with a leading health care provider who are on the lookout for an engineer to maintain all of their critical plant mechanical systems.
Duties
- Standard mechanical PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
- VAVs
- Sprinkler Testing
- High-Pressure Pumps
- Steam Boilers
- Mechanical Seals
- Water Treatment
- Reactive Plumbing
- Motors
- Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
- Report writing - completing logbooks
Requirements
- C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
- Previous building services/marine/hospital maintenance experience
- Technically minded
- Career driven
