Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage Two students
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and motivated to succeed
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and safeguarding at all times
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with Key Stage Two children, either through teaching placements or employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and school communities
