The primary objective of the role is to ensure the accuracy of stock holding, both on-site and off-site. This involves
meticulously maintaining records and highlighting any discrepancies in stock levels, where financial adjustments may be necessary.
Additionally, the position requires maintaining precision in the accuracy of finished goods stock to meet customer demands and
uphold operational efficiency.




Key Duties:

− Timely stock taking of all stock under Sites (Twin Brook and Lincoln way) responsibility.

− Reporting of stock take.

− Manage and review the performance of your team.

− Creating reports to drive improvements in materials control on site.

− Attend meetings as required.

− Instigate and manage projects as business requires.

− Ensuring the accuracy of stockholding of raw materials and packaging on and off site.

− Ensuring weekly review of material variances takes place.

− Review of products being run in the factory to highlight areas of poor performance or inaccuracy of BOM to enable actions to be
taken to remedy.

− Regular review of top material issues and drive improvements.

− Ensure all relevant documentation is used to record movements through the supply chain.

− Liaise with Group supply chain to improve functional capability.

− Ensure resources are in place to deliver all duties under persons remit.

− Any tasks that are reasonably allocated to you by your manager.




Qualifications:

• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene

• Level 2 HACCP

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent

• High level math qualification




Experience:

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment or FMCG

• Detailed understanding of stock control and accuracy

• Managing a team of individuals




Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Warehousing, Picking and dispatching

• Advanced Excel skills

• Computer systems to aid management of the supply chain

• Stock holding and costs involved
