Mae gennym ffocws brwd ar ddysgu a datblygu a chynllunio olyniaeth ein tîm Adnoddau Dynol yn ogystal â phwyslais ar y sgiliau meddal sydd eu hangen i sicrhau datblygiad a dysgu parhaus ym maes Adnoddau Dynol.

Are you looking for your next career step in HR or maybe have a flair for applying HR knowledge into user friendly policy? An opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive Human Resources Team is now available.

You will have the ability to lead and develop the implementation of HR policies through building effective networks and collaborative working relationships, playing a significant part in enhancing fairness and inclusion across the Council.

We work flexibly in a hybrid manner with time spent at our Coed Pella office, working from home and other office locations as required. We have a keen focus on learning and development and succession planning of our HR team as well as an emphasis on soft skills required to ensure continuous development and learning in HR.
