Summary

Work base: Coed Pella

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Passenger Transport Support Officer for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual. The position is a great opportunity to gain experience and become part of the busy Passenger Transport Team and assist with the delivery of a variety of passenger transport services.

The principle duties of this post will be:

• Making and receiving telephone calls and handling simple customer service queries and requests
• Monitoring emails
• Inputting into and maintaining accuracy of databases
• Assisting with invoice processing
• Preparing, printing and distribution of transport documents
• Minute taking
• General administrative duties

You will need a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. You will also need to be a confident user of basic IT systems to apply. You must be committed and willing to learn quickly with the ability to be flexible and use initiative.
