An Education Development Trust school for 410 children aged 2-11 years

Oakfield is a warm and welcoming independent preparatory school in the heart of Dulwich. It is a friendly and dedicated community where everyone feels valued and respected.

You will be working directly with the School Business Manager and also have a close working partnership with the administrative team.

The Business Administrator will provide administrative support for the Financial and Operational processes of the school, working in a professional and friendly manner when dealing with parents, staff, pupils and contractors.

You will have:

You will have knowledge of IT systems including databases and reporting
Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, word and PowerPoint)
GSCE Grade C or equivalent in Maths & English
Previous administration experience and ideally have worked in a school environment, preferably in the independent sector.

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Closing date: Wednesday 8 May 2024.

Interviews to take place: Thursday 23 May.
