Have you got experience working within administration or data entry?Looking for a fixed term role, full time Monday – Friday role with no evenings or weekends?We are currently recruiting an Administrator to be a part of our integral team at 30 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3BD

- Fixed term contract for 6 months
- Full time
- 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Shifts: 8am – 5.30pm

What you'll be doing
- Manage the hospitality order report
- Create a production report for the kitchen
- Advise the event team and the hospitality team of any errors found on timings and charges
- Complete the hospitality charges document
- Process invoices in a timely manner for all client accounts
- Process stock counting and analyse the stock levels
- Support the FOH during peak hours (till and barista coffee)
Experience
- Admin skills essential
- Excel, Word
- Excellent communication
- Excellent organizing skills and problem solving
- A DBS check will be required
