Summary

Maintenance Surveyor

£38,844.00 per annum (plus Essential Car Allowance)

37 hours per week

Based from Head Office, Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 1GG (agile working)

The opportunity:

Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our Asset Management team as a Maintenance Surveyor. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking pre and post contract inspections, manage voids and projects, provide excellent customer service and identify, raise and monitor works across the business. Our head office is based on Newport Road, Cardiff, the successful applicant must be able to cover Bridgend, Port Talbot, Neath, Swansea and the surrounding areas.

What we need from you:

- HNC in a building related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience that shows technical ability and experience appropriate to achieving a quality maintenance service.

- Excellent customer services, communication and negotiation skills.

- Current working knowledge of construction Health & Safety.

- Good computer skills: sound working knowledge of computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word and database packages, including the use of handheld equipment for site-based work.

- Analytical skills: able to analyse data and maintain information to report on trends and provide solutions.

- Skilled and experienced in providing high standards of customer service and resolving complaints.

- Competent numeracy skills: at least GCSE standard or equivalent.

- Full driving license.

- Enhanced DBS check will be carried out for this post. What we will offer in return:
