Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our team of caregivers in providing exceptional care to our service users. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively supervise and support our caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of caregivers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
- Develop and assist in implement of are plans for each client, ensuring individualised care using an e-care planning system
- Monitor caregiver performance and provide ongoing mentoring
- Collaborate with the management team to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service users care and caregiver activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Strong drive and motivation to provide high-quality care to seniors
- Proficiency in IT systems and software for documentation purposes
- Experience in learning disability an advantage

- Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to develop individualised plans for clients
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of caregivers
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
