Summary


Care Group Managers

Due to promotions, we are looking for experienced operational leaders to join our trust and support our high performing and cohesive divisional teams.

We are looking for collaborative and compassionate leaders who are keen to develop their senior operational skills and experience with us. These roles are an excellent platform from which to lead the success of our key clinical services in Southampton - and across the region - and develop your senior operational leadership career.

We have a number of care group opportunities ahead – what we are looking for are motivated and flexible individuals who are keen to develop senior operational experience and jointly lead a care group.

Your Responsibilities
What you’ll do
• Oversee the operational delivery of all services in your care group to ensure safe care and effective use of all resources.

• Operational management responsibility for a wide group of internal and external stakeholders including specialty lead clinicians, matrons, operational managers within the care group - and across the Trust.

• You will demonstrate your ability to manage a range of challenges from project delivery to policy and finance to working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, keeping the patient at the heart of all that we do.

• Lead on service and Trust wide transformation projects and support the strategic development of services to ensure alignment to our Trust values.

What we’re looking for
• Compassionate leaders who can bring a track record of success in a complex, multi-site, patient-facing senior operational delivery and management position, with an ability to maximise the opportunities available within a rapidly changing healthcare community.

• Proven experience in delivering operational excellence in a hospital setting and a track record of transforming the way services are delivered, whilst delivering financial efficiencies.

• A supportive manager who can engage, empower and support career growth in your teams.
