Summary

We`re now looking to strengthen our office team with an experienced, organised Care Team Leader.
Your key responsibilities will be the line management of carers in your area, ensuring that their rota`s are efficiently coordinated and any changes are communicated effectively in addition to supporting with probationary reviews, completing regular supervisions and managing annual leave requests.
You`ll also be part of the on-call rota plus being out in the field delivering care if required - one weekend per month, plus one week (evenings) per month.
With strong planning and IT skills, you`ll be a confident team player and a great communicator. You'll work well under pressure and to time deadlines.
