Further Information: A personal assistant is required to support a young woman in the HU9 area. PA will need to be able to support with Transfers from bed to Wheelchair to chair, personal care and dress ready for the day, toileting, nutritional, and drink preparation will also be required. The PA will also be required to support with putting callipers on and taking them off.
Social time will be needed to access the community to support young woman and her young daughter
Some domestic tasks will also be required.
