Hours: 30hrs per week plus an additional 12hrs per week for 12 weeks of the year in the summer months. The post is initially temporary to cover a PA’s absence, for immediate start, but the job could become permanent.

Further information: A Female Personal Assistant is required to support a lady in the HU9 area of Hull. She has a mobility impairment and uses a wheelchair. Her impairment impacts on all daily living tasks.

This lady requires support with all aspects of personal care and with medication management. She also requires support with food and drink preparation to ensure she does not become dehydrated or malnourished.

She requires support to get out of the home and to attend medical appointments. She has both a manual and an electric wheelchair and uses them as and when required.

You will be required to undertake personal care tasks and have a flexible approach as to the work you are involved in.
