Summary

Salary: Grade 8 (£45,585 - £54,395 p.a. Depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

As a key member of the Market Research & Insight Team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a range of transformative data-driven and evidence-led market insight activities and project teams. You will also play a key role in building effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to influence institutional behaviour and activity.

Within the context of the University’s strategic objectives, in particular its ambitious educational strategy, a core element of this role will be to lead on delivering high quality and evidence-led quantitative and qualitative market insight, focused on active programme portfolio and curriculum development.

You will have extensive experience of leading and planning market research, insight and analysis projects, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive and collaborative approach.

The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and/or evening working.
