Summary
Do you have experience of using modern BI technologies to design compelling reports and working knowledge of SAP HANA with SQL writing skills?
If so, we have a 12 month fixed term contract for a Senior Data Insight Analyst where you will be focused on providing data-driven customer insights and recommendations to the business.
About the role
As a Senior Data Analyst your focus will be on providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the business. The role will involve structuring, cleaning and analysing data using a broad range of processing and modelling techniques.
You will:
-Conduct the ongoing monitoring of customer behaviour to inform the modelling of future customer behaviour.
-Identify customer's segments propensity and continually refine this analysis to ensure accurate reporting whilst enabling improved customer experiences based upon their segment.
-Develop and maintain propensity models to forecast and predict customer behaviour throughout the product life cycle.
-Support delivery and analysis of the Society's market and customer segmentation, translating the description of our chosen segments into actionable information and plans
-Deliver the quarterly customer forecast through accurate modelling of customer behaviour.
-To work closely with the Corporate Planning team, product and marketing teams to ensure that all quarterly plans are supported by robust customer insight.
-To develop and maintain a schedule of customer based KPI's that measure our progress towards delivery of the Customer Strategy and Corporate Plan
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
-Experience using modern BI technologies to design compelling reports
-Working knowledge of SAP HANA, Advanced SQL writing, Excel skills
-Experience of building advanced analytical models to predict customer behaviour
-Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
-Ability to gather and interpret user requirements to design & build effective solutions
-Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively
-Stakeholder management and communication
-Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
