Job Description:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating machinery to produce goods efficiently and accurately. This role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts. Candidates with 5+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements. Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure product integrity. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Own transport is essential due to the location of the facility. Benefits: Competitive pay rates: £12.20 per hour for day shifts, £14.64 per hour for night shifts.
