Summary

About The Role
At OCS Group, we are recruiting for Contract administrator, who will be a point of contact, in addition to providing a helpdesk service to building users, ensuring an efficient Facilities Management service is provided to a key customer.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, on a Permanent Full-Time basis; 37.5 hours per week.

You will:

  • Log building and equipment faults and provide information on progress of rectification.
  • Raising & tracking of purchase orders and
  • Oversee stock control and place orders for cleaning materials and consumables.
  • Ensuring invoices are forwarded to the correct department and are processed for payment
  • Assisting with training arrangements
  • Updating various databases ensuring an audit trail
  • Supporting the contract managers with finance reports and information
  • Sickness and absence records kept up to date
  • Participate in Community Volunteering as part of our Social Values commitment
  • Contractor service liaison
  • Display applicable safety notices and ensure first aid and accident reporting is carried out correctly.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
  • Experience of working and building partnerships with clients
  • Good PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on detail
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, organisation and accuracy.
  • Excellent IT skills and Administrative experience
  • Articulate, approachable and has the ability to communicate effectively with the client and colleagues
