Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Minimum wage + achievable performance related monthly bonus

We operate nationwide with offices based in Liverpool and Wirral. A successful candidate will thrive as a first point of contact for JF Law, demonstrating work ethic, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service. They will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information for potential high value clients. They will guide them through our claims process, ensuring both parties have the required information for them to sign up to our services.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer inbound calls from customers making enquiries for our services
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to existing claimants
• Manage personal and shared email accounts
• Operate our live chat system
• Thorough investigation of enquiries using questioning
• Accurately log details of suitable claims to our case management system
• Schedule calls for customers using Google calendar
• Upsell additional insurance on eligible claims
• Provide clear support and guidance in line with our policies
Personal specification:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to excel and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about providing top quality customer service
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient with IT systems and software
• Able to learn and retain information on new policies or procedures
• Professional attitude
• Attention to detail under pressure
• Experience working in a phone-based or sales environment is preferable.
• Previous knowledge of personal injury, legal terminology or Proclaim is a bonus
Legal background is not a requirement as training will be provided
*Employment subject to successful 30-day trial contract
Week 1 – Monday to Friday 10am/4pm
Based in our training room from Monday to Wednesday and Thursday/Friday includes shadowing and call handling
Week 2 – Monday to Friday 9am/5pm
Week 3 – Monday to Friday, agreed shift pattern
Week 4 – Monday to Friday, agreed shift pattern *including review of trial and permanent contract offer
*Please note that if unsuccessful within your 30-day trial, your contract may be terminated
