Summary
Do you have experience working with children/young people with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) difficulties?
Prospero Teaching are looking for committed individuals to join the team on a full time basis at an alternative provision in Bolton.
The role is to start ASAP and will become permanent after a probationary period.

Position - Behaviour Support Worker

Contract Type: Temp too Perm
Hours - 8:30am - 4pm
The Minimum Rate of Pay - £95 per day
EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience in a school or similar setting.
Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs and/or social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Experience of effectively and positively managing a class and leading learning with groups of pupils, using appropriate strategies to enable them to settle to learn.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
GCSE English/Maths at grade A to C or equivalent.
Commitment to all CPD offered.
Team Teach training would be beneficial to this role, however this can be provided for free.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide a minimum of two professional related references
Provide a full CV from high school to present
