Summary
Role:
- We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools on a permanent basis.
- You will work closely with teachers to support the educational and social development of students.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with the supervision of students during lessons and other school activities
- Supporting teachers in assessing and recording students' progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and resourceful approach to supporting teaching and learning
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education (preferred but not essential)
