Summary
The post-holder will manage caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients. You will manage the incoming correspondence and review your own results. You will need to prioritise and triage the needs of the patients accordingly making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner. You will need to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills. You may also be required to complete home visits.
