Responsible Individual G10
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for the position of Responsible Individual G10. As a Responsible Individual G10, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and effectively, and that all relevant regulations and guidelines are followed.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Oversee and supervise the work of subordinates
Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
Conduct regular audits to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Monitor and assess performance metrics to identify any areas of concern and develop action plans to address them
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.00
