Summary

Responsible Individual G10

Description
As a Responsible Individual G10, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our organization. You will be responsible for We are looking for an exceptional, hardworking and highly motivated Responsible Individual to provide management and leadership for Cardiff Council’s Residential Services

On a day-to-day basis, you will provide leadership, support and guidance to Registered Managers and Deputy Managers to ensure services are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and provide high quality residential care for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, along with autistic spectrum disorder and physical disability.

You will work closely with the Residential Operational Manager.

You will:

Ensure that development plans for the individual care homes and the overarching Residential Service are in place, and that progress is robustly monitored to ensure timely and continuous improvement.
Ensure that the is a clear quality framework of service standards in place, against which performance is measured.

Responsibilities
Fulfilling all assigned tasks with a high level of responsibility and reliability
Maintaining accurate documentation and records while adhering to established protocols
Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Monitoring and evaluating progress to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Conducting thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes
Providing comprehensive reports and updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of success in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.00
