Summary
Centre Lathe Turner required for local engineering machine shop.
We are looking for a semi skilled or fully skilled manual machinist who is able to work on centre lathes in a busy workshop environment.
Milling, grinding, fitting & welding experience would be an advantage.
Working with a variety of materials from mild steel, stainless, tool steels to plastics.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Candidate must be able to read engineering drawings. Machine to tight tolerances and will be working as a team member amongst experienced machinists.
Driving licence essential
References will be required
Hours Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30 With the option of overtime
