Workshop Supervisor role available in a world leading manufacturer of forklift trucks. The company are a highly reputable brand offering extensive benefits package, training and progression.
To apply for the role you need to have leadership ability and worked in a transferable industry. Those from the motor trade, HGV, Buses, Forklifts, Plant or anything similar will be suited.
The role is managing a team of 9 engineers in the workshop and in the field. You will be 50% hands on and 50% management of the workshop. This includes managing workflow, reporting, arranging cover, appraisals, vans and tooling etc. You will travel to local sites when needed to support the engineers.

· Leadership ability/experience
· Hands on experience on Cars, HGV, Buses, Forklifts, Plant or similar equipment
