Summary

Experienced Occupational Therapist Opportunity
Hours: 40 hours a week, full-time Monday - Friday
Salary: C. £45,000pa
Bonus: Annual performance related
Location: Hybrid working, with regular travel across the East and West Midlands

My client is excited to introduce a new role within their organisation for an experienced Occupational Therapist. This role marks a shift towards internal support, giving you the autonomy and accountability to deliver comprehensive assessments that drive continuous improvement in their services, as well as dignity and independence for the people they support.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct bespoke comprehensive assessments to enhance care plans and support strategies.
- Work closely with front-line care services to implement tailored interventions.
- Collaborate with business development and referrals teams to ensure seamless transitions and holistic care.
- Lead on all occupational health matters across our range of services.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you must:
" Be a registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC.
" Hold a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by the College of Occupational
" Have worked within an occupational Therapist role of a minimum of 2 years.
" Have experience in health or social care settings with a range of adults with complex needs.
" Be able to work efficiently on own initiative in a non-clinical setting, to include the preparation of professional reports and support plans.
" Hold a good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and guidance.
" Have experience working with multiple agencies and autonomously managing caseloads.
" Be flexible with working times and locations
" Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to services across the East and West Midlands
