We have around 1,000 dedicated, skilled and enthusiastic staff who always put the needs of our students first and we are now looking for an Events Administrator to join our cohort of dedicated staff.
About You
The Estates Administrator will work under the supervision of the Estates Coordinator to deliver a range of services to support the staff and students of the College. The Estates Administrator will carry out general administration duties such as maintaining accurate up to date records pertaining to Estates. The Estates Administrator will issue purchase orders as requested; reconciling and recording invoices against orders placed. The successful applicant will compile and analyse statistical data as required to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department.
The Estates Administrator will;
• Have experience working in an administrative environment and be reliable and flexible in their approach to work.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to deal effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
• Have excellent organisation skills, with strong self-motivation to undertake and complete a task.
