Summary
To be responsible for the timeliness. accuracy and integrity of the data recorded on paper and electronic systems. Update the relevant IT system (NBSS) with any suspensions, cancellations and DNAs ensuring any required actions are completed in line with CMG and Trust-wide policies. Provide reception service to patients/clients attending appointments in the Breast Care Centre. Check demographic details and all information. Take telephone inquiries. manage and book appointments appropriately.
