Summary

About you & the Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice in our Construction faculty, which is based in Sowton, Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to broaden their experience in a dynamic and friendly work environment whilst also learning and gaining a qualification at the same time. The role will give you the opportunity to develop your customer service and general administrative skills. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues each day.

Day to day tasks could include answering phones, dealing with student queries, helping to prepare teaching resources, meeting and greeting visitors, helping to chase attendance, contacting parents, helping with finance and sickness recording. You will also be involved in a range of administrative tasks such as filing, dealing with the post, data entry, photocopying and scanning. You will gain experience of using Microsoft applications and general office administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the first steps to develop your career within a successful faculty in the college. The preferred start date for this role is Wednesday 14th August 2024, but this is negotiable.
