Summary

I am currently recruiting for a public sector organisation seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for providing a responsive technical service, managing systems, and installing upgrades or new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have worked with Active H and have experience of doing configuration.
- Experience of operating within a ticket system, and managing business as Usage
- Experience of working with Active Directory & VMware
- Experience of MS Exchange Server
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of server, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- The ability to work in a team and manage complex systems.
Due to the highly technical nature of this post, the successful candidate will be required to have a deep understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.
