As a E-Correspondence Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the flow of Clinical Correspondence going out of the Trust electronically. This role is data focused and requires a problem solving approach with attention to detail. You will support the Senior E Correspondence administrator and liaise with system users ensuring correspondence is managed appropriately.

All training on systems is given in house with ongoing support so if you are digitally literate with an ability to troubleshoot then we would like to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will need to deal with patients, clinicians and other staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and attention to detail. You will have regular interaction with the secretarial management team, departmental service managers and our digital teams. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, knowledge of a variety of IT systems, verbal & written skills and have a "can do" attitude.

You will have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using and monitoring multiple software packages.
